Mummy's Wish is a registered not-for-profit charity supporting mothers diagnosed with cancer, while either pregnant or already with young children.
Mummy's Wish is a personalised support service for mums and aims to ease the burden of cancer diagnosis on mums by supporting them in a variety of ways:
- All mums receive a "treat bag" of goodies to brighten their day. Assistance with referrals to and information on other services and support available.
- Help with organising and funding practical help, like babysitting, house-cleaning or parking while in hospital.
- Lending laptops to mums for use while they are undergoing treatment in hospital.
- Putting them in contact with companies that agree to support the mums by offering free services, such as family portraits prior to treatment.
