With your valued support, ACT Natimuk can continue to grow and support local artists in the development of their practice and to inspire the community to engage in the arts either as a viewer or in a participatory role.
We welcome donation of all sizes! These are vital to our continuing creative development and programming. All funds go towards supporting our artists, the development of new works and helping to keep the cogs turning so we can continue to engage the community both local and beyond. For a little more on who we are and what we do, read below.
Anyone who dares to call themselves an artist is one.
- Artistic philosophy of the Nati Frinj Biennale
ACT Natimuk is an arts organisation that drives and presents cultural activities in the West Victorian community of Natimuk and beyond. It was originally established as the Arapiles Community Theatre in 1979 and presented musical theatre. Over the past 20 years ACT Natimuk has extended its vision to support arts in a variety of genres including disciplines such as dance, visual arts, film, new media, projection, aerial performance and experimental works. ACT Natimuk provides this support through three platforms:
ACT program - yearly activities which include
Palais de Pixel (monthly film nights)
Goatfest (annual climbing film festival)
Made in Natimuk(MiN) - a touring arm that produces, promotes and tours local artists and companies work
Nati Frinj Biennale - our bi annual arts and culture festival
