The ACJP is collecting funds to support its effort to develop, execute and support legal actions in the campaign for climate protection.

How will the funds be used?

The funds will be used to assist the ACJP meet its objectives. These objectives are: • To coordinate and execute a strategic legal campaign for climate protection. • To connect, support and facilitate collaboration between campaigners and lawyers, scientists and other experts who are able to contribute to the legal campaign for climate protection. To persuade or force key political and corporate climate offenders to cease offending by: o Making them or their peers the subject of legal action. o Convincing them that a cohesive and well-organised group of climate lawyers is taking and will continue to take action. o Exposing the wrongdoing to the broader public.
