The AUSiMED program encourages and enables collaborations between Australian and Israeli medical researchers. Recent and current projects conducted by the Hadassah Australia Foundation under the AUSiMED banner include:
Funds from donations are used to support collaborative research programs. All projects are reviewed and monitored by the Hadassah Australia Foundation.

- Establishing a community child health unit at Hadassah Hospital, Jerusalem
- Improving vaccination policies and implementation for future flu pandemics
