Hand Brake Turn (HBT) is about giving young people a real opportunity to get their lives on track and carve out a successful pathway for the future.
HBT is an accredited and registered training program in Certificate II Automotive covering Motor Mechanics, Spray Painting, Detailing and Panel Beating. The program also teaches about workshop safety, goal setting and communciation skills. Encouraging community participation is very important and we invite the business community to engage the young people through work trials, employment, mentoring and practical support for the programme.
