The Chelsea Unit of the Victoria State Emergency Service is looking for your support to maintain the standard of emergency response that people of the City of Kingston have come to expect, and should be entitled to receive.
A lack of flexibility or capacity to reach emergencies.....
Currently, there is not a suitable vehicle that has the flexibility or capacity to reach emergencies in a time that is appropriate for quick assessment of dangerous situations or rescue in life threatening instances.
