Adopt a Chrysalis Camper

Australia is not short of financially and socially disadvantaged children, in fact 26.5% of families with children under 15 are considered low income and in the last 5 years there has been a 28% increase in child abuse notifications. Chrysalis Ministries are seeking funds from donors to directly support disadvantaged children who cannot ordinarily afford to participate in such programs. We aim to partner with other welfare agencies to provide quality life changing camping experiences to help end the cycle of disadvantage.

How will the funds be used?

For every $350 received through the 'Adopt a Camper Campaign', one child will receive a life changing, and at times, life saving opportunity. Because of our generous donors these children will be enrolled in a camping program that is designed to break them away from their current life situation so that they can be challenged, make decisions, and develop positive relationships in a healthy and safe environment.
