In 2024, I will be participating in the "Tony's Trek Side by Side" trek to Everest Base Camp as well as raising funds for the Emergency Services Foundation (which provides support for the mental health and wellbeing of emergency service workers).
The difference they have made to many emergency service workers' lives is profound and I know that there are so many others that would benefit from their work.
Please help support their work by donating. I know they will appreciate every cent received (and I will be very grateful for your contribution too).
I'm aiming to raise $5,364 for the Emergency Services Foundation (the same height I will be trekking up Mount Everest to Base Camp - 5364m above sea level).
