We are participating the "Tony's Trek Side by Side 2024" Nepal - Gokyo to EBC - trek and hoping to help raise awareness and funds for Mental Health and the Emergency Services Foundation. We want to help reduce the stigma around mental health, and support the work ESF do to support so many emergency service workers. What they have done so far is just extraordinary but we know there are so many others who could benefit from their work. They need more funding to make that happen.
