The Epilepsy Association was founded in 1982 by local parents, people with epilepsy and ther friends to provide services for people with epilepsy, their families and the community.
Today we provide support, advocacy, referral and accurate information to people with epilepsy. We promote understanding of epilepsy hrough education and increased community awareness.
Epilepsy ACT services the ACT and surrounding areas.
The cost to the Association provide these services is ever increasing. We are supported by local government - it is only through comunity support and public donations that enough funds are raised to maintain and extend our informations and support services.
The information we send out in response to enquires is free, but to continue this work we need your help!
