The purpose for the collection of funds is stated in The Australian Horse Industry Research & Development Trust Ancillary Fund Trust Deed. The object of the Trust is to gather donations from the public to increase investment in horse health & welfare programs for the community, horse owners and professionals.
Key areas of expenditure
- Helping people achieve their passion & goals to improve the lives of horses through research & knowledge sharing
- Public education & travel scholarships for community level horse owners & para-professionals
- Contribution to public infrastructure supporting horse health & welfare programs
