Light and River Collective is a Western Australian not-for-profit dedicated to improving men’s mental health through early intervention, accessible support and genuine community connection.

We believe no man should feel that he has to face life’s challenges alone. Our goal is to reduce the barriers that can prevent men from reaching out by providing accessible counselling, mental health support and opportunities for men to connect with others in their community.

Donations to Light and River Collective help us provide free counselling and support services, deliver community connection days and develop initiatives that encourage men to speak up, seek support earlier and stay connected.

Whether a man is experiencing stress, isolation, relationship difficulties, work pressures or simply feels like things are becoming too much, we want support to be there when he is ready to reach out.
