Mantle Housing in partnership with Wesley Mission Brisbane is building safe, supportive homes for people living with severe and enduring mental illness. We believe that lives can be changed with the right support, in the right place at the right time. By providing permanent and affordable homes we promote the opportunity for full and dignified lives for people living with a mental illness.

Those with mental illness are vulnerable and can face a lot of challenges without support or a stable place to live. Families often meet these needs. It is not easy. Mantle recognises that living on your own may be difficult and will need support. We want the homes for those with mental illness to increase independence, to be a place to grow, to have emotional security, to relax, to entertain and fulfil a lifetime dream. Mantle needs your support to raise $100,000 annually which will be used toward operational costs of running our first village in Mitchelton where land has been purchased and tenants are expected by December 2015.
