For many years Melbourne Citymission's Hartnett House in Brunswick has led the way in placed-based community care and development.
Programs offered at Hartnett House are provided free to participants and include essential life, learning, language, parenting and employment skills through which isolated families can fulfil their potential, re-connect to society and become significant contributors to the community.
Individuals accessing these vital services include parents and children with disabilities, refugee, migrant and low-income families, children with developmental delays and young parents.
Melbourne Citymission needs to raise funds to ensure these services are delivered, enhanced and expanded.
