Mental Health Carers Tasmania ( MHCTas) is a statewide leader in the provision of Mental Health carer support.

We are a not for profit community organisation providing services to people with a lived experience of mental ill health. We aim to improve the quality of life for one in five Tasmanian families, friends, carers and people living with mental health issues and mental ill health.

Carers are people who provide unpaid physical, practical or emotional support to a family member, friends, neighbours or colleagues with mental ill health.

How will the funds be used?

Each year through generous donations and fund-raising MHCTas is able to extend community education and raise awareness. Grow our support services and programs and activities to reach more people living with mental ill health along with their carers, families and friends.
