Power in your Pants

Not content with merely making comfortable and stylish underpants, Pants To Poverty works with thousands of farmers and factory workers in India to celebrate fashion as a tool to change the world!

From their beginnings as part of the global Make Poverty History campaign, five years on, Pants To Poverty underpants sell in more than 20 countries around the world, including Australia, while supporting more than 5000 farmers in India.

Pants to Poverty recently ran a campaign against Bayer Crop Science to get them to pull the dangerous pesticide endosulfan from the market. Supporters across 16 countries mobilised into action and sent hundreds of their worst pairs of pants to Bayer with the campaign demands attached. Within one week Bayer committed to a timetable to pull endosulfan from the market, paving the way for a global ban.

Go to www.pantstopoverty.com to buy the pants online, find a local stockist or get information about their latest campaign.
