This financial year was GiveNow.com.au's biggest on record. By midnight on June 30, 2010, GiveNow.com.au had raised more than $3.5 million.

This was a significant increase from the $2.7 million raised in the 2008/2009 financial year.

GiveNow.com.au’s figures show:

•  Donations of $1.14 million during June alone, compared with $731,503 in June 2009

•  An increase in the number of donors - more than 60,000 individual and corporate donors used the service in 2009/2010

•  The average donation amount was $109, compared to $108 in the previous financial year.
