Many of us, at one time or another in our lives, have collected stamps or have known someone who has collected stamps. Stamp collecting certainly ranks among the most popular and most well-known types of collecting in the world.
But many organisations collect stamps for an entirely different reason - to raise money for their work, or the work of affiliates overseas.
Our Community has compiled the following list of organisations which accept stamps in order to raise funds. If you have some stamps you wish to donate to these groups, contact them beforehand to check on their requirements and capacities.
