Every Woman Appeal

Ovarian Cancer Australia is dedicated to saving Australian women's lives by raising awareness of ovarian cancer and its symptoms. To continue this work we need financial support.

Ovarian Cancer Australia is a non-profit, tax deductible organisation dedicated to raising the profile of ovarian cancer.

Ultimately, we aim to develop prevention programs that will benefit all Australian women.

To assist in this process and ensure the ongoing generation of funding is available to achieve key objectives, Ovarian Cancer Australia has developed a series of programs. These programs are aligned to philanthropic, corporate and consumer facing awareness and support initiatives.

There are seven key projects slated, with each containing a series of specific objectives to ensure the widest possible representation in areas that tough:

• regional Australia awareness and participation
• awareness amongst women in the wider metropolitan capital cities
• good corporate responsibility specific to the health and wellbeing of company employees
• existing support of ovarian cancer patients plus their friends and family.

• "Below the Belt" - corporate awareness campaign
• "Every Woman" - community awareness program
• Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month incorporating "Catch Up & Check Up" campaign
• "Overcome" - patient support program
• "Teal Tour" - regional awareness program
• "Step Up" - advocacy program
• Maintenance of "Resilience kit"
