Performance Space Support Program

Established over 25 years ago, Performance Space has forged a national and international reputation for championing interdisciplinary arts. We nurture and encourage work which explores the intersections between artforms, questions assumptions about the relationships between artist and audience, and engages with the concerns of the ever-evolving society in which we live.

Performance Space's Development and Presentation Program is made-up of curated seasons which include performances and installations, residencies which enable artists to develop their creative practice, and contextualizing initiatives including forums and publications.

LiveWire - $250

Become a LiveWire and add a spark to our annual artistic program, benefiting a range of artists and helping us to deliver vibrant and engaging contemporary work.

Transformer - $1000 +

Transformers are brought into the heart of our Artist Residency Program. You can help support the development of an artistic project, many of which go on to be presented at Performance Space. Attending showings and open studios will enable you to see the end result of a residency and participate in discussions about the ideas being explored.

Action Hero - $5000 +

Action Heroes play a significant role in helping us shape and deliver our annual program. You have the opportunity to engage with an artistic project from inception through to realisation, and join the Director's Circle which includes sneak previews of our upcoming programs.
