Reef Check Australia is an award-winning not-for-profit that engages the Australian community in reef and ocean research, education and conservation. We are part of a global network of volunteers who regularly monitor and report on reef health, empowering individuals and communities to act as stewards of their precious local marine resources. RCA also facilitates public awareness and educational opportunities related to ocean issues.

With a professional approach and recognised integrity, Reef Check Australia works in collaboration with community and industry partners to raise awareness. Support from a number of industry professionals, valued sponsors and many devoted volunteers help to make our current projects possible but, in order to succeed in our mission, we need to do more.

As a charitable organisation, donors can make fully tax-deductible gifts to help Reef Check Australia take positive action towards reaching environmentally sound and economically sustainable solutions to the real challenges of coral reef conservation.

Reef Check Australia is working to:

• Make our research data freely and readily available to assist with reef management
• Foster local community stewardship to help protect Australia's reefs by providing necessary knowledge, tools and skills
