People are given table service and a choice of healthy and tasty meals, providing breakfast two times a week and lunch four times a week.
We have designed it this way to give dignity and respect to everyone that come in.
Our desire is to create community and a sense of belonging in a safe environment that many people have not previously experienced
Whilst Food is the main reason for so many to come to our cafe we also offer a number of Ancillary Services from our building:
All of these services are open to anyone that comes into our Soul Café in essence providing "real, relevant and restorative assistance without any strings attached".
The cafe employs two full-time chefs and provides a two community support people.
We receive no government funding or grants preferring instead to rely on our own effort and our sponsor's generosity - "local community needs met by local community partners."
