The Copenhagen Climate Talks is the tipping point for climate change decision making. If strong targets and commitments are not made in December to reduce climate change, our planet's future will be filled with catastrophic environmental disasters.
Now is the time to send a clear message to the world that we need meaningful action on climate change, now!
It is imperative that we reach as many people as we can to let them know about Walk Against Warming, and to make sure they are out on the street on Saturday 12th December.
How will the funds be used?
Running an event like the Walk Against Warming is very expensive. Promotion, advertising and equipment hire are costly. We are doing everything we can to keep costs down and have volunteers who are working hard. We know that with your financial support, we can make this event bigger, better and more effective.
