We provide mental health support for women and their families and never has there been a bigger demand for our mental health services.   Since we started experiencing the effects of Covid back in February 2020, we’ve seen an increase in demand of 24% for mental health services.

Which has in turn increased waiting times for women, kids, couples, families and men who all use our services. 

Additionally, so many people that need help with their mental health also suffer from financial hardship.  We try hard to make appointments available to everyone that needs them by offering online and telephone counselling sessions, keeping our rates as low as possible and by subsidising those people who cannot even afford the Medicare gap payments.  And to support those people who have to wait for a therapeutic counselling session, we run group workshops an and online learning portal to provide tools, strategies and coping mechanisms.

We make every dollar count towards helping people with mental health, emotional wellbeing and parenting strategies.
