Cooper's Smiles

Many of you might be following 'Cooper's Journey' on Facebook.  In May of this year, at 18 months of age, Cooper was diagnosed with Brain Cancer.

He is now recovering from his second round of brain surgery and is preparing for 6 weeks of radiation every weekday under general anaesthetic.

Inspired by Cooper's brave approach to his brain surgery and treatment, The Sunshine Coast Mums and Bubs walking club have decided to host support walk for Super Cooper!

Meet us at the La Balsa playground, at the end of Harbour Parade, Buddina for a 'Support Walk' at 9.30am.  His family would love photos of people showing they care to record in his special memory journal, so please let either Amy Pitura or Kath Wainwright know if you would not like photos taken of your children.  Icy poles will be available with all donations going to Brain Child - an organisation supporting Cooper's family through his journey.  Please RSVP to the event as we may need to coordinate two separate walks to comply with council regulations.

Coopers family have chosen to donate all money raised from this and other fundraising events to the Brainchild Foundation.
