Braille House

Your donation to Braille House helps us to continue to provide access to Braille for everyone and to empower people of all ages who are blind or have low vision.

Braille continues to be the most common form of tactual reading and writing and this means literacy as these are the building blocks for all education.

Children and adults still need to learn to read, spell, punctuate and interpret written language just like everyone else and children who are blind and have access to a wide range of resources in Braille have a higher chance of finishing university and gaining employment (Journal of Blindness, Innovation and Research).

Help us to put reading at the fingertips of people with low or no vision.
