Better Health Channel - M2M Relay 2019

Supporting Syndromes Without A Name (SWAN) Australia

Syndromes Without A Name (SWAN) Australia

Awareness of undiagnosed and rare genetic conditions

The Better Health Channel cycling team are once again taking on the Murray to Moyne cycle relay in 2019.  The relay starts in Echuca and ends in Port Fairy, covering 520km in just 24 hours on the weekend of 6/7 April 2019.

We are raising funds for Syndromes Without A Name (SWAN) Australia, who focus on the awareness of undiagnosed and rare genetic conditions because we are inspired by their work. The difference they have made to so many people is just extraordinary and we know there are so many others that would benefit from their work. But they need more funding to make that happen. So please support their work by donating to this CrowdRaiser, as we know they will appreciate every cent received. And we will be very grateful for your contribution too!

Also, I would be very grateful for you to share the link to this CrowdRaiser page to your friends and family. The more people who can help the better!

Thank you
