Pamela Easton for gynaecological cancer research

Supporting Cherish Women's Cancer Foundation

Cherish Women's Cancer Foundation

Cherish Challenge - Larapinta 2021

I'm trekking the Larapinta Trail to raise funds for the Queensland Centre for Gynaecological Cancer Research through the Cherish Women's Cancer Foundation, partly because they helped change my life, and partly because they're doing the same for countless other women.
In Australia, one in twenty women will develop a gynaecological cancer in her lifetime. Almost certainly, some of our family and friends will be among them.
This research enhances the well-being and the likelihood of survival for these women.
Government funding falls far short of what's required, so any help you can give will make a crucial difference.
I'll be forever grateful for the skill and dedication of Dr Andreas Obermair and his teams at QCGC and Cherish.
Thank you for helping make their live-saving discoveries available to as many women as possible.
