Youth Futures provide safe accommodation, essential items and support to disadvantaged and at-risk young people. Due to funding we can only offer limited support, after all it takes more than a bed to get someone back on their feet.

We are collecting funds to enhance services to those young homeless people in need of our help. We have both short-term and long-term supported accommodation services that are accessed by over 200 young people every year. Unfortunately, due to a lack of funding, we are only able to assist approximately 20% of young people who reach out for help each year.

How will the funds be used?

Your generous donation will be used to:

• Provide young people with emergency relief and practical assistance such as food vouchers, clothing, toiletries, transport passes and assistance with gaining a driver's license and paying bills.
• Purchase household goods such as food, cleaning products and toilet paper for young people staying in our support accommodation
• Provide longer term care for young people once they leave our services, for example support with employment, education, counselling and family reunification.
