Boys Town Jerusalem, a school for disadvantaged boys, provides not only an outstanding technology-based education and unparalleled pastoral care, but is home for many students who would otherwise have a very limited future.

Due to COVID-19 and the closure of dormitories, students were either returned to their homes with potentially abusive parents or placed in small groups in temporary housing. BTJ social workers and staff are working overtime, phoning boys round the clock to help them cope during this difficult crisis. Now, as remote learning continues taking place, many students have no computer at home and are unable to connect to their online studies.

With a great number of newly-unemployed parents being forced to cancel their already highly-subsidised tuition payments to the school, we request your urgent help to fund academic and emotional support programming, in addition to remote computer equipment for these disadvantaged boys.

Thank you!
