Jewish Care’s COVID-19 Helpline has been established to support our community in this time of urgent need through the coordinated delivery of crisis support to the Jewish Community.  Over 50 calls a day are being received with requests for financial aid, food items, rent assistance, financial counselling, interest free loans, community connection, mental health and emotional support. Demand is expected to grow, as people’s nest eggs disappear and as job loss and business closures trigger mental health issues, discord and family violence, placing women and children at greatest risk.

Your donation is vital to help keep individuals and households resilient, healthy and safe, and to reduce the incidence of long term impoverishment, illness, and dependency in the face of this unprecedented health, economic and social crisis.
