SECC would value financial assistance and advocacy support to weather this storm. COVID-19 has impacted our ability to roll out our usual face-to-face community services which help build vulnerable people's wellbeing and resilience. Our community transport program for seniors has been impacted, as have our respite care services, community groups, youth programs, families programs and wellbeing workshops. Not only this, numbers at our out-of-school hours care services have declined; and profitability has dropped due to the government's decision to reduce childcare fees to $0. At this time we would really appreciate support from brand advocates who can help us fundraise for our food services program which is supporting south-east Sydney locals in crisis. We also would value funds which would help us transition to online models for our video programs as our video skills are limited. But any brand advocacy and fundraising support online would be most welcome.
