St John's Community Services has been serving the homeless and marginalised community of Darlinghurst for the past 24 years through our Rough Edges cafe. We support our patrons through offering positive, community experiences at Rough Edges, our drop-in centre, Community Assistance (CAPP) counselling Program, Banksia Women DV workshops, free Legal Services, Urban Exposure walks and Volunteer Training.

Although we have taken the difficult decision to adapt our services, we are determined to be there for our patrons, especially those who are vulnerable or isolated. We have implemented ways to ensure we continue to support patrons with food, connection, counselling and essential services.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our income-generating programs have been temporarily stopped. Our engagement with schools and corporates is on hold. Planned fundraising events have been postponed.

We now rely on generous donations and fundraising to fund our vital services. Please donate at https://www.roughedges.org/donations or contact Jen Webster on 0416 499 521.
