COVID-19 has impacted our organisation with a decline in the number of applications for our leadership programs.  As our programs are fee for service this will impact significantly on the financial strength of our organisation.  COVID-19 has also impacted on the capacity of our funding partners to provide ongoing financial support to our organisation and we are finding it increasingly difficult to secure new funding sources.

WAALI's leadership programs provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to be successful and purposeful leaders of themselves, their families and community.  The skills we develop in our participants strengthens the entire community - something that is desperately needed for successful post pandemic transition.

The community can support WAALI to continue to provide leadership development programs to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through donations, by connecting with us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and by sharing what they learn about our organisation with friends and family.
