In Aged Care, Jewish Care runs low and high care nursing homes for 400 frail and elderly people. We also provide care into 100s of peoples' homes and run a range of proactive Healthy Ageing Programs.
Our Community Services provides a range of services and programs for people of all ages. These include: home care services, family and individual counselling, disabilities services (including: adult housing, outreach, respite house, schools integration, youth camps), financial aid, holocaust services, mental health support, migrant support, youth services.
Many of these services receive insufficient or no government support and therefore we rely on the community to help ensure we can meet the needs.
Donations are used to help run our aged care facilities and community service programs, including providing financial aid and support for families in crisis.
