The Tasmanian National Parks Association (TNPA) is a non-profit, non-government organisation advocating for the protection and good management of Tasmania’s national parks and reserved lands. We aim to give park users a voice and involve the community in matters affecting these important and invaluable areas, which are threatened as never before.

We encourage anyone concerned with ensuring appropriate long-term management of the natural and cultural heritage values of Tasmania’s national parks and reserves to become a member of the TNPA. Membership supports us financially and also gives you the right to participate in running the association.

As a member, you will receive:

• Regular email newsletters (the Buttongrass Bulletin) with information about issues relevant to Tasmania’s national parks and reserves system and its management.
• Our bi-annual illustrated journal, TNPA News, with in-depth articles about national parks and reserves and the conservation of our natural areas.
• Invitations to slideshows, guest speaker and other special events.
• Email alerts when you can take action on particular issues.
• The knowledge that you are actively supporting the conservation and good management of our reserve estate.

Payment Options

Annual payments are handled through the GiveNow platform. These payments will automatically renew until you decide to cancel, which you can do at any time. There is also the option to renew manually.
