OnSide Victoria's purpose is to improve, enhance and empower the lives of disadvantaged and economically challenged young men and women and their communities.
OnSide Victoria directly engages Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) young people and their communities by acting as a driving force behind the provision of a variety of opportunities for all. OnSide's guiding principles are to deliver these opportunities through sustainable collaboration for relevant and active engagement through event participation, employment and training with outcomes of improved self esteem, leadership skills, increased community involvement and reduction of at risk behaviour.
OnSide also works with key partners to develop dynamic, innovative and meaningful programs and resources that can be utilised by the community, education, leisure, sport and government sectors to provide ongoing development for CALD communities.
OnSide Victoria's success is directly related to the social and healthy well being of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities (better, easier and safer)
Funds raised will go towards the costs of developing program and activities such as the award winning GameOn and SportsCOPPs programs which are run for disadvantaged young people and their communities.
