Rotary Give Every Child a Future - Rotary Australasia

To celebrate 100 years of Rotary in Australia and New Zealand,  we have teamed up with UNICEF to give life-saving vaccines to 100,000 children across the Pacific.

The Rotary Club of Sydney will hold these donations in trust for this Australasian wide project.

Despite improvements in immunisation, the poorest and hardest to reach children are being left behind.

Diseases such as pneumonia and diarrhoea remain the leading killers of children - with kids under five being the most vulnerable.

Poor health systems, limited Government resources, environmental challenges and children living in difficult to reach areas mean kids are missing out on essential vaccinations.

To protect 100,000 children from rotavirus, pneumococcal and cervical cancer across nine Pacific Island Countries - Nauru, Tuvalu,Samoa, Vanuatu, Tonga, Niue, Cook Islands, Kiribati and Tokelau.

By working closely with each country's Government, a sustainable legacy will be created, so generations of children have a chance to survive and thrive.

But we can only do this with your support. Please donate today and help give every child a future.

Overall Rotary needs to raise $5.5 million. The Rotary Club of Sydney has a target of $300,000. To date we have raised $121,674.
