VANISH is a community-based organisation providing free search, support and counselling services to individuals separated from their family of origin, to mothers and fathers separated from a child through past adoption practices, and to other family members. 

As VANISH is a not-for-profit organisation, all donations will go towards providing services to the individuals and families we support.

For example:

• assistance to those who do not have the financial means to purchase the records and certificates they need for their search to proceed
• the purchase of books for the VANISH library, which provides free loans to members and service users
• the purchase of new resources to enhance our search service.
