We believe that when Australia’s millions of solar owners and supporters stand together, we’re powerful. We run campaigns that use people power to put pressure on decision makers and bring about a renewable future for all Australians: where the rights of solar owners are protected and everyone has access to cheap, clean energy.
When you donate to Solar Citizens, you're supporting an organisation dedicated to growing and protecting solar and other renewable energy generation in Australia.
We are completely independent and do not accept any government money. Instead, we rely on the generosity of supporters like you to power our work.

Solar Citizens acknowledges the long-standing and continuing leadership of First Nations peoples in caring for and protecting country and fighting for a safe climate. The shift to 100% renewable energy and clean transport must be just and community-led, and must not repeat the injustices of the fossil fuel industry, which have disproportionately affected First Nations peoples through climate impacts, environmental and cultural damage, displacement and violence.
