BayCISS provides support workers, family counselling and essential supports including emergency relief, information, referral, advocacy and support for vulnerable, at-risk, homeless and low-income community members.

Emergency Relief - nutritious food parcels, food vouchers, MYKIs, pharmacy prescriptions, fuel cards, utility relief grant applications and even pet food to people in crisis.
Education Support - to engage vulnerable students to complete their education. Funds support school camps, uniforms, books, reading glasses, laptops, tutoring, specialist classes etc.
Support Workers- we avoid transactional emergency relief by providing support workers to assess needs and provide appropriate information, referrals and support to people in crisis.
