Our program is a community-based response to the critical shortage of housing for people seeking asylum.We offer safe, suitable and secure housing in the Ashburton area to very vulnerable individuals and families who otherwise face homelessness.

Our aim is to provide a stable foundation of affordable accomodation and support so that our residents are able to access basic services as well as pathways to education, employment and independence.

Ashburton Houses of Hope is a partnership between Ashburton Baptist Church, Baptcare and community volunteers, giving people who want to help a way to make a meaningful difference in peoples lives.
