Many of our clients cannot afford to pay for our services or the equipment they need. We do our best to help them, but our resources are limited. The Gift Fund is a way others can contribute to this need.
The Gift Fund is used to subsidise our professional services, and the equipment we recommend, for clients who are unable to pay. This means our work can extend further for those who are our poorest clients. At present there are long delays for these clients, as our resources are limited.
We draw from the Gift Fund for equipment needed by clients who would otherwise be unable to pay for them. Our own services (assessments, training, support) are drawn from the Fund at the rate of $80 per hour - half our standard rate.
