We believe that all children should have access to quality music education, regardless of where they live or their socioeconomic circumstances. 

ACO Foundations provides students at St Marys North Public School with daily instrumental and classroom music lessons, leading to significant improvements in the children’s cognitive, emotional, social and behavioural development.  Students are provided with a violin or cello and are given daily classroom practice sessions supported by digital resources made by the ACO, weekly lessons with a specialist instrumental teacher and regular visits from ACO musicians who practise with the children and inspire their development. 

There are now more than 170 students participating in this program.

It costs approximately $1,000 to give a student one year of music tuition through ACO Foundations. Every donation received towards the program helps to make this happen.
