We are an Illawarra based support group that provides education, encouragement and support without judgement to people living with ADHD and associated disorders including ASD. 

We run a family ADHD Fun Day each year and provide ongoing support for families through groups, meet ups and an online presence www.adhdillawarr.org and via our Facebook group and page. (Citylife Community Initiatives ADHD Support Group).

We aim to empower people and enable and families to live their very best life at home, at school, at work and in our communities to fulfill their life purpose whatever that looks like for each individual. 

We believe parents know their children best and aim to support parents in the decisions they make for their children or themselves.
