AED Legal Centre is multi award-winning centre run by the Association of Employees with Disability Inc. (AED) - an incorporated organisation established in 2003.

We provide free legal services to people with disability who have been discriminated against in education and employment. We provide information, education, advice and legal representation in the justice system.

The centre is accredited by the National Association of Community Legal Centres and BenchMark Australia.

Our highly skilled and dedicated staff of 5 have cumulative expertise and knowledge of over 50 years in disability, human rights, anti-discrimination and employment law. 

We have an annual caseload of about 320 clients. The social impact of our services consists in: job retention, compensation for pain and suffering, mental well-being, self-esteem and confidence.

We would like to provide more free legal services to people with disability.
