For 15 years, FoodShare has been helping local families access the simple dignity of good food. But this winter, more people than ever are facing impossible choices between fuel, rent, bills and groceries, with many parents skipping meals just to make ends meet.
As food insecurity continues to rise across our region, FoodShare is asking 15,000 locals to be part of something simple but powerful through our GIVE 15 campaign.
A donation of just $15 — less than a week of coffees or a monthly streaming subscription, can help put meals on the table for families doing it tough.
Because when a community shows up together, real change happens. Donate now, GIVE 15 and help support local people this winter.

Albury Wodonga FoodShare (FoodShare) is a vital organisation that addresses food insecurity by increasing access to nutritious food for people experiencing financial hardship in North-East Victoria and Southern NSW. Founded in 2011, FoodShare has grown significantly, now rescuing one million kilograms of food annually from more than 50 suppliers. This food is redistributed to those in need through partnerships with 110 regional agencies, schools and community centres within a 150km radius of Albury-Wodonga.
FoodShare’s operations are supported by 200 generous community-minded volunteers who assist with rescuing, sorting and distributing food as well as provide support for individuals seeking essential food items at the Community Pantry. FoodShare operates with limited financial resources, relying heavily on the generosity and support of the local community, in addition to grant funding and fundraising efforts to continue improving food security, while reducing food waste across the region.
