This year, the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering celebrates a remarkable milestone - 50 years of advancing science, technology, and engineering in service of Australia and the world. 

At ATSE, ours is an intergenerational journey of achievement: as we equip the next generation of STEM leaders, enable the next wave of discovery, and build the next chapter in our shared legacy. 

We are asking our Fellows and friends of the Academy to mark this moment with action as well as reflection. With your help, we can ensure our independent voice continues to influence policy and advance the impact of technological sciences and engineering around the world. A gift to ATSE will:   

• Support secondary school students to become aspiring scientists and technologists through hands on, enquiry-based learning
• Pair industry leaders with PhD students to mentor them and help their careers thrive  
  support women and diverse students to access undergraduate and postgraduate STEM scholarships at Australia’s leading universities 
• Guide decision makers with robust, practical and evidence-based advice underpinned by science   
  build international research-industry collaborations through grants and knowledge exchange workshops to address shared global issues
• Support outstanding Australian innovators to be formally recognised and take the next step in their brilliant careers
• Shine a light on how Traditional Australian Knowledge is being applied in the modern context to create new technologies and build a sustainable nation.
