AWARE Wildlife Rescue provide a free service to the community dedicated to the rescue and care of wildlife. We are a 100% volunteer organisation (i.e. no one gets paid for what they do) that:

• Operates an Emergency Wildlife Rescue Hotline 24/7, 365 days a year
• Subsidises food costs for the wildlife that come in for care and rehabilitation
• Runs wildlife training courses for wildlife volunteers and the community, as well as wildlife education for school groups
• Supports volunteers by providing essential rescue and rehab equipment
• Provides the community with wildlife information and advice via our Facebook page, website and hotline

However, the wildlife rescue, care and education work that we provide is not without cost - hence the need for us to fundraise so we can continue to do the work we do.
