What is the AWF Friends Network?

The AWF Friends Network is a growing community of supporters who directly enable AWF to deliver on our core mission: facilitating the design and construction of health, education and community projects around the world, with and for vulnerable communities.

AWF Individual Friends, Corporate Friends and Benefactors play a vital role in transforming lives through design by supporting the largest design not-for-profit agency in the Asia Pacific region through tax deductible donations.

Who Can  be an AWF Friend?

Anyone and everyone! AWF Friends  are individuals, companies, design practices, students, and anyone who believes that good design should be accessible to communities who are least able to afford it. Whether you are part of the built environment or arts sectors – or simply believe in design for equity – you’re welcome here. 

What difference do AWF Friends make?

By becoming an AWF Friend, you're helping to shape a more just and inclusive built environment. Your contribution enables us to:

• Mobilise skilled professionals to deliver pro bono design services to vulnerable communities
• Collaborate meaningfully with Indigenous communities across Australia and the Pacific
• Support the design and construction of health clinics, schools, women's centres, and other critical infrastructure

We can’t offer material benefits in return for your donation—but we will continue to share stories of how your support leads to real change through our website and newsletter.

• Individual AWF Friend: From $120 per year or $10 per month
• Corporate AWF Friend: From $300 per year or $25 per month
• Global AWF Friend: From $5000 per year – Please contact us directly to donate
